What happens during the 14-day free trial?

You get full access to Pro plan features for 14 days. Upload your real CVs and job specs, run extractions, ask questions across your documents, and see candidate matching in action. If you decide RecruitBrain is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher plan limits. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What file formats do you support?

PDF, DOCX, TXT, and CSV. These cover the vast majority of CVs and documents recruitment agencies receive. We handle multi-page documents, scanned PDFs with OCR, and complex formatting.

How accurate is the CV extraction?

Our extraction accuracy exceeds 90% across all fields (name, skills, experience, education, certifications). For structured CVs, accuracy is typically above 95%. Every extraction can be manually reviewed and corrected, and corrections improve future accuracy.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each workspace is fully isolated using PostgreSQL Row Level Security -- one agency's data can never be accessed by another. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Your data is your data.

Does RecruitBrain replace my ATS?

No. RecruitBrain is complementary to your ATS (Bullhorn, Vincere, Recruiterflow, etc.). It sits alongside your existing tools and focuses on what ATSs do poorly: intelligent document search, structured data extraction, and AI-powered candidate screening. ATS integrations are on our roadmap.

What AI models do you use?

We use Google Gemini for AI generation, extraction, and classification, with OpenAI GPT-4o-mini as a fallback. Embeddings are generated using OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small model. Every AI response includes source citations so you can verify accuracy.

What counts as a "match run"?

A match run is when you select a job description and score all candidates in a workspace against it. If you have 50 candidates and run a match against one JD, that is one match run. Re-running the same match after adding new candidates counts as a new run.
